In recent years more people have been drawn to exploring shamanic practices as a way to understand their wold and surroundings. This CPD explores how to combine elements of modern shamanic practice with hypnotherapy.

Event Overview

This one day experiential CPD workshop is for hypnotherapists and other mental health professionals who want to integrate shamanic tools, teachings and approaches into their lives and work. The teachings in this course will bridge the world between ancient psycho-spiritual shamanic rites and rituals and contemporary therapeutic practice.

The day will be an experiential process for all participants where you will be invited to participate in the practises and then to reflect upon how you can weave them into your current modalities.

What you’ll learn?

  • What shamanic journeying is and how to guide a client through the lower, middle and upper worlds.
  • The Medicine Wheel and different ways you can use it with clients to help them achieve their goals
  • The power and importance of ritual and ceremony in client integration

    Abbey Robb

    Abbey has been interested in shamanic practices and how they connect people to their surroundings and community for many years. She is a qualified psycho-spiritual shamanic practitioner, hypnotherapist, mindfulness and yoga teacher with a successful practice in SW London where she specialises in helping clients with complex medical conditions including autoimmunity and anxiety.
